Homeowner requests for well pros

Save My Well sends homeowner well requests to local well and pump companies. You pick the counties. You pay only for the requests you accept.

How it works

• Homeowners look up their well on Save My Well. Some report a pump, pressure, low-water or home-sale problem and ask for a local pro.
• When a request comes in from the counties you cover, we email you the problem, the town and how soon they need help, with the price of that request.
• Reply to accept it, and we send you the homeowner's name, phone and note. If you do not want it, ignore the email. A request you do not accept costs nothing.
• Each request goes to at most 3 pros.

Price

• You pay only for requests you accept. The price depends on the job: $75 for no water or an urgent request, $50 for a pump or pressure problem, $25 for testing, treatment or anything else. The price is in the request email, before you accept.
• We invoice once a month for the requests you accepted.
• No sign-up fee, no monthly fee, no contract. Reply to any request email to pause or stop.
• If the phone number is wrong, or the homeowner says they never asked, tell us within 7 days and we credit that request.

What the homeowner agreed to

Requests sent since October 31, 2026 come with this consent, in the words the homeowner agreed to on our form. Each request email shows the exact consent that homeowner gave. Use only the contact methods it names.

I agree that Save My Well and up to 3 local well pros may call or email me about this. We share my name, phone, email if given, ZIP code, problem, and note with them. We never sell my number to anyone else. The pros may pay Save My Well. I do not have to buy anything.

Your side

• Contact the homeowner only about the request they sent, from your own business, by the phone or email they gave.
• Use texts or automated calls only if the request email says the homeowner agreed to them.
• Call or text only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in the homeowner's local time, and at most 3 times in 24 hours.
• If they ask you to stop, or reply STOP, stop at once and tell us.
• Do not add them to a marketing list, and do not share or resell their details.
• You hold the licenses and insurance your state requires for the work. Save My Well does not do the work and does not set your prices.
