Do I need a lab test before I order?
No. Your well record sets the sachet count and your symptoms set the dose level, so the plan is ready in a minute. A certified lab only enters the picture for a home sale, a lender, or a baby in the house, and the testing guide points you to your state lab for that.
What happens if I use too much?
Nothing harmful happens to the well. Once the treatment finishes working, the chlorine dioxide breaks down into simple salts whether the dose was exact or heavy. A heavy dose just leaves a higher residual at the end, so you pump to waste a little longer until the included test reads clear. That is also why your plan rounds the dose up on purpose: overshooting is safe, while undershooting means doing the whole job twice.
Why not chlorine or bleach?
